Amy is a Port Macquarie physiotherapist with experience in private practice and rehabilitation consulting, giving her a well-rounded understanding of injury management and recovery. Her passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy was shaped by her time serving in the Australian Army, where she experienced firsthand the impact of cumulative injuries and witnessed how pain can limit independence and daily life. This inspired her drive to help others restore strength, function, and quality of life.
Amy takes a holistic, patient-centred approach combining education, movement, and tailored treatment plans to support long-term, sustainable recovery. She works with clients across all stages of injury, whether returning to work or sport, improving daily function, or navigating persistent or recurrent pain.
She is particularly passionate about helping people understand their bodies, reduce pain, and build confidence in movement. Her care focuses on long-term outcomes over short-term fixes, ensuring treatment is individualised, empowering, and goal-focused, helping clients move better and feel stronger.
